Our client is looking for an Operations Manager with 10-15 years of experience leading field teams in a commercial construction environment.

Our client is looking for a full-time, construction-experienced person to lead their field servicing team (3 superintendents, 7-8 foremen and about 100 workmen). This person will become a key member to the top management team, interacting with President, Sales Department, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, Customer Support and customers directly.
There are no internal candidates ready to step up to this role. They are looking externally to replace a person who has left the organization. The role is currently being filled on a part-time basis by someone whose current primary responsibility is sales.
The ideal candidate will have commercial construction leadership experience, including work erecting and dismantling scaffolding. Other key qualifications include:
· Managerial bearing while able to relate to field staff
· Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
· Ability to juggle schedules/crews to accommodate shifting priorities
· Bilingual, English/Spanish is a real plus
